The Everything Employee Pack covers the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding. Retained Services gives you ongoing HR support, so we're in your corner whenever you need us. How quickly can you help if something urgent comes up?
We understand that HR issues rarely give you advance warning. If you're facing an urgent situation — a disciplinary, a grievance, or an employee dispute — get in touch and we'll prioritise getting you the support you need as quickly as possible.
Do you offer fixed fee or retainer options?
Yes. We offer both project-based and retained support, so you can choose the model that suits your business. Fixed-fee work means you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs — no surprises. Retained services give you ongoing access to HR expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire. We'll always talk through your options before recommending anything.
